Important Information
Optometrists in Georgia need to complete a total of 36 hours of continuing education every two years, including 18 hours of Pharmacology and pathology (ophthalmologic) and one hour of Georgia laws and rules; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Georgia run two years and end on December 31 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
