Important Information
Optometrists in Alabama need to complete a total of 20 hours of continuing education each year, ten hours of which are in Ocular disease diagnosis/treatment/management (therapeutic licensees), and the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Alabama run one year and end on September 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
