- General CE — 17 hours
Important Information
Dental hygienists in Oregon need to complete a total of 24 hours of continuing education every two years, including three hours of Medical emergencies, two hours of Infection control, and two hours of Cultural competency; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Oregon run two years and end on September 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
