Important Information
Teachers in New York need to complete a total of 100 hours of continuing education every five years, 15 hours of which are in Language Acquisition (ELL/ML needs) — general classroom teachers, and the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Your renewal period runs five years and ends on the last day of your birth month — not your birthday itself. Complete all required hours before that date.
