- Patient safety — 1 hour
- Sexual harassment prevention — 1 hour
- Implicit bias awareness — 1 hour
- Cultural competency — 1 hour
- General CE — 26 hours
Important Information
Pharmacists in Illinois need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including one hour of Patient safety, one hour of Sexual harassment prevention, one hour of Implicit bias awareness, and one hour of Cultural competency; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Illinois run two years and end on March 31 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
