- Sexual harassment prevention — 1 hour
- Implicit bias awareness — 1 hour
- Alzheimer's disease and other dementias (once per 3 renewal cycles) — 1 hour
- General CE — 27 hours
Important Information
Family therapists in Illinois need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including one hour of Sexual harassment prevention, one hour of Implicit bias awareness, and one hour of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias (once per 3 renewal cycles); the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Illinois run two years and end on February 28 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
