Important Information
Real estate professionals in Delaware need to complete a total of 21 hours of continuing education every two years, including three hours of Module 1: Agency and Fair Housing, three hours of Module 2: Professional Standards (Ethics), three hours of Module 3: Real Estate Documents, three hours of Module 4: Office Management, three hours of Module 5: Legislative Issues, and three hours of Module 6: Practices of Real Estate; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Delaware run two years and end on April 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
