- General CE — 60 hours
Important Information
CPAs in Delaware need to complete a total of 80 hours of continuing education every two years, including eight hours of Accounting and/or Auditing, eight hours of Taxation, and four hours of Delaware-specific Ethics (Board-approved course); the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Delaware run two years and end on June 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
