- Professional ethics and law — 6 hours
- Professional roles and boundaries — 2 hours
- Health equity training (required every 4 years — 2h per 4-yr cycle; prorated here as 1h/2yr)* — 2 hours
- Suicide assessment, treatment, and management (required every 6 years — 6h per 6-yr cycle)* — 6 hours
- General CE — 24 hours

Important Information
Social workers in Washington need to complete a total of 32 hours of continuing education every two years, including six hours of Professional ethics and law and two hours of Professional roles and boundaries; the rest can be general CE of your choosing. A few additional topics apply only in certain situations — see the asterisked items above.
Your renewal period runs two years and ends on your birthday. Complete all required hours before that date.
