Important Information
Real estate professionals in New York need to complete a total of 22 hours of continuing education every two years, including three hours of Fair housing and/or discrimination, two hours of Cultural competency, two hours of Implicit bias, two hours of Ethical business practices, one hour of Law of agency, and one hour of Recent legal matters; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Your renewal date is tied to the date your license was issued, so it is individual to you. Periods run two years. Check your license or board account for your exact date.
