Important Information

Real estate professionals in New Mexico need to complete a total of 36 hours of continuing education every three years, including 12 hours of Annual NMREC Core Course (4 hrs/year × 3 years), four hours of Ethics, and four hours of Core electives; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.

Your renewal period runs three years and ends on the last day of your birth month — not your birthday itself. Complete all required hours before that date.
