Important Information
Licensed nurses in Nevada need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including four hours of Cultural Competency, two hours of SBIRT (Substance Use Disorder), and two hours of Opioid Training; the rest can be general CE of your choosing. A few additional topics apply only in certain situations — see the asterisked items above.
Your renewal period runs two years and ends on your birthday. Complete all required hours before that date.
