Important Information
Real estate professionals in Georgia need to complete a total of 36 hours of continuing education every four years, three hours of which are in Georgia Real Estate License Law, and the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Your renewal period runs four years and ends on the last day of your birth month — not your birthday itself. Complete all required hours before that date.
