Important Information
Real estate professionals in Connecticut need to complete a total of 12 hours of continuing education every two years, three hours of which are in CT Real Estate License Law (mandatory course), and the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Connecticut run two years and end on May 31 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
